2020五大联赛赛程COLUMBUS, Ohio — Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol filed felony drug charges against a West Virginia man after a traffic stop in Summit County.
On June 25, just before 3:45 p.m. troopers stopped a Ford Fusion with a West Virginia registration for following too close and marked lanes violations on the Ohio Turnpike.
2020五大联赛赛程During the traffic stop, authorities detected a smell of marijuana. After searching the vehicle, they seized 140 grams of heroin and 2 grams of marijuana which is worth about $14,000.
2020五大联赛赛程Michael Kelly, 31 of Beckley, WV was incarcerated in the Summit County Jail and charged with possession and trafficking in heroin, both first-degree felonies.
If convicted, Kelly could face up to 22 years in prison and up to a $40,000 fine.
